1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • If the product is personalised or perishable.

  • If the return is outside the specified return period.

3. How to Return an Item

  • Securely package the item and include your order details.

  • Send the item to return listed once you contact us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement or refund, including return postage, as required by UK consumer law.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
