1. Returns Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
2. Items Not Eligible for Return

If the item has been opened, used, or tampered with.
If the product is personalised or perishable.
If the return is outside the specified return period.
3. How to Return an Item

Securely package the item and include your order details.
Send the item to return listed once you contact us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement or refund, including return postage, as required by UK consumer law.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
